Our in-house design team tailor make aluminium profiles to meet your individual needs. Along the way, your design is monitored and controlled by specialist software and equipment that is managed by a member of our internal programming team.
Today, the sheer breadth of processes that Kaye Aluminium is accommodating has enabled us to gain a further market advantage. Traditionally, profiles would require input from another contractor for finishing and painting however all of these services can now be offered in-house, making Kaye Aluminium the one stop shop for your complete and finished aluminium products. |
We extrude profiles from 50 g to 30 Kgm-1 and have a wide selection of painted colours including anodised finishes. We also assemble products meaning we are able to give our customers complete finished products. |
Capable of painting profiles up to 7m in length in a variety of colours, the vertical paint line has a capacity to coat in excess of 100,000 bar lengths per month. Our vertical paint facility makes Kaye Aluminium the only extrusion company in the UK that offers this type of paint facility. |
The anodising process adds a layer to the extrusion profile that acts as a protective coating adding to the profiles longevity. |
Another value added service Kaye Aluminium is able to provide is that of thermal fill or break. This process is used on profiles that tend to be exposed to the elements and acts as a barrier insulating the aluminium. |
To ensure the die's we use are of top quality we have an internal nitriding oven, which is used to re-harden the die to increase the lifespan of the die and ensure the die is set to the correct shape. |
